Ingredients
2 large ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped, about 2 cups
2 cups plain whole milk yogurt, preferably organic with live active cultures
½ cup milk or almond milk, optional, to adjust consistency
2 tablespoons honey, or to taste
You can also use jaggery or maple syrup
½ teaspoon ground cardamom
½ teaspoon ground turmeric
Slivered almonds or pistachios, for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the mango
Add the chopped mango to a blender. If the mango is not very ripe or naturally sweet, add a little honey, maple syrup, or your preferred sweetener.
