Blisfuel LLC
Professional Capacity

Chef Ludmila "Mila" Maia Nelson ("Chef Mila") is a professional chef. She is not a licensed physician, registered dietitian, licensed dietitian nutritionist, certified nutrition specialist, or other healthcare provider.
Blisfuel LLC ("Blisfuel") provides culinary consulting services only, including menu design, recipe development, culinary education, and cooking instruction. Blisfuel does not provide medical, dietetic, or healthcare services. Blisfuel does not sell or distribute prepared food products under these services.
No Medical or Nutrition Counseling

NO MEDICAL OR NUTRITION COUNSELING. All guidance, recipes, menus, educational materials, and recommendations provided by Blisfuel or Chef Mila are for culinary and educational purposes only.
Blisfuel services are not intended to diagnose, treat, manage, cure, or prevent any disease, medical condition, allergy, intolerance, eating disorder, or health concern. They do not constitute medical advice, nutrition counseling, dietetics, medical nutrition therapy, or medical weight-control services.
You should consult a licensed physician, registered dietitian, licensed dietitian nutritionist, or other qualified healthcare professional before making health-related dietary changes, especially if you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant, have a history of eating disorders, follow a therapeutic diet, or have food allergies or intolerances.
Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for disclosing any known food allergies, intolerances, dietary restrictions, medical conditions, medications, supplements, religious or ethical food requirements, and other relevant information before receiving services.
You are solely responsible for deciding whether to prepare, consume, serve, or implement any recipe, menu, ingredient, technique, or culinary guidance provided by Blisfuel.
If you operate a food business, host events, or serve minors, employees, customers, patients, residents, or other regulated or vulnerable populations, you are solely responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including food-safety, allergen, labeling, licensing, employment, school, healthcare, eldercare, and public-health requirements.
Food Safety and Allergens

Chef Mila uses reasonable food-safety and allergen-awareness practices when providing culinary guidance. However, you are solely responsible for ingredient verification, allergen review, food handling, preparation, storage, cooking temperatures, cross-contact prevention, sanitation, and final service.
Blisfuel cannot guarantee that recipes, ingredients, kitchens, suppliers, or preparation environments will be free from allergens or cross-contact.
Services include only the deliverables described at purchase, in the service description, or in a written agreement with Blisfuel.
Additional consultations, revisions, recipe changes, expanded menus, new dietary requirements, commercial usage rights, or services outside the original scope may require an additional fee.
Payment is due at the time of booking or purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any deposit identified as non-refundable at the time of booking is non-refundable.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before a scheduled consultation, class, or session. Requests made with at least 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled once at no charge, subject to availability. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, and no-shows, are non-refundable and may not be rescheduled.
Fees become non-refundable once Blisfuel has begun custom work, including discovery calls, menu planning, recipe development, research, preparation, or creation of written materials.

Payment, Cancellations, and Refunds

Neither party will be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including illness, injury, severe weather, power or utility outages, venue closures, transportation disruptions, government action, or public-health emergencies. In such cases, Blisfuel will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the affected service. If rescheduling is not feasible, Blisfuel may issue a credit toward future services in lieu of a refund.
Blisfuel retains ownership of its templates, methods, educational materials, recipes, menus, written content, culinary concepts, and other materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise, materials created for you are for your personal, household, or internal business use only. You may not publish, resell, reproduce, distribute, modify for resale, or commercially exploit Blisfuel materials without prior written permission.
You may not publish, resell, reproduce, distribute, post publicly, modify for resale, or commercially exploit Blisfuel recipes, menus, methods, or materials in a way that substitutes for, competes with, or misrepresents Blisfuel's services without prior written permission.
Ordinary personal sharing, such as posting a photo of a dish you prepared, is permitted so long as it does not disclose substantial recipe instructions, paid materials, proprietary methods, or misrepresent your relationship with Blisfuel.
Commercial recipe development, restaurant consulting, brand work, and menu development may require separate written terms regarding ownership, licensing, confidentiality, attribution, and permitted use

Chef Mila may, with your prior consent, photograph or record dishes, classes, events, or kitchen environments for Blisfuel's portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials. Blisfuel will not photograph identifiable individuals without their consent.
You may revoke consent in writing at any time as to future use. Revocation will not require Blisfuel to remove materials already reasonably published or produced before revocation, but Blisfuel will make reasonable efforts to discontinue future use.
If you wish to feature Chef Mila, Blisfuel, or their materials in your own marketing, publications, or social media in any context beyond ordinary personal sharing, you must obtain prior written permission.
Blisfuel does not guarantee any specific health, wellness, medical, weight, fitness, financial, operational, customer, sales, or business outcome from the use of its services. Individual preferences, tastes, results, and experiences may vary.
Blisfuel may collect information about your food preferences, allergies, dietary restrictions, household needs, culinary goals, and wellness interests to provide services. Blisfuel will use this information to deliver services, communicate with you, and manage its business, except as otherwise required by law.
You should not provide sensitive medical information unless you choose to do so and understand that Blisfuel is not a healthcare provider.
To the fullest extent permitted by Illinois law, Blisfuel, Chef Mila, and their agents disclaim liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Blisfuel services, recipes, menus, materials, or culinary guidance.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for personal injury or other liability that cannot legally be limited.
This limitation does not apply to gross negligence, willful and wanton misconduct, or any liability that cannot legally be limited. If liability is imposed despite this limitation, Blisfuel's total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blisfuel, Chef Mila, and their agents from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use, preparation, service, modification, distribution, or implementation of Blisfuel recipes, menus, materials, or culinary guidance; your failure to disclose relevant information; your violation of these Terms; or your failure to comply with applicable laws.
This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim arises from Blisfuel's gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any legal action, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by written notice and good-faith discussion for at least thirty (30) days.
If the dispute is not resolved through informal discussion, the parties may mutually agree to non-binding mediation in Cook County, Illinois before pursuing litigation. This section does not prevent either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief at any time.
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and the parties consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Services are intended for clients aged 18 or older. Organizations serving minors, healthcare populations, eldercare populations, employees, customers, or other regulated or vulnerable groups must ensure appropriate legal, food-safety, allergen, and operational compliance before using Blisfuel materials or culinary guidance.
If you are booking or using services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms and that you have accurately disclosed the nature of the population to be served.
Blisfuel may update these Terms from time to time. The version of these Terms in effect at the time of your booking or purchase governs that engagement. Material changes will be posted on Blisfuel's website or communicated to active clients by reasonable means.
Any notice, request, cancellation, revocation of consent, or other communication under these Terms must be sent to Blisfuel at the contact email or business address listed on Blisfuel's website, unless Blisfuel provides another written contact method.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with any written agreement signed by Blisfuel for a specific engagement, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter and supersede all prior discussions, proposals, and understandings.
By scheduling, purchasing, accessing, or using any Blisfuel service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. Acceptance may be indicated by signature, electronic acknowledgment, such as checking a box at checkout, booking a service, or using any Blisfuel materials.
